1. New IOC pop up window is not in centre

2. When clicked on Save button twice of New IOC, record is also getting saved twice. Similar for Attachment, Recipients

3. After Deletion of IOC sometimes the grid is disturbed

4. Date Initiated and Submitted are not displayed

5. Email alert is not generated

6. no delete button to attachments

7. Delete button visbility to only user who has uploaded.

8. In Approvers access the attachement is opened in the same window, for user who has initiated the IOC, attachement is opened in another window

9. In archive option, change the text for confirmation messages after update
