How it Works ?

Step 1 – Set Up Your Account on OpExWorks Manufacturing Cloud 2026

Visit www.opexworks.com to create your account. You can select from three account types:

  • S1 – Bronze: Designed for limited usage with a target spend of approximately INR 12,500 or USD 150 per year..
  • S2 – Silver: Suitable for moderate usage, with a target spend around INR 25,000 or USD 300 per year.
  • S3 – Gold: Intended for high usage, with a target spend of about INR 50,000 or USD 500 per year.

You create your account on OpExWorks Manufacturing Cloud by making the upfront payment of the target spend amount as per the category of account opted by you - Bronze, Solver or Gold.

✅ Discounted rates for the active usage are applicable for Silver and Gold account types.

Step 2 - You receive access to all OMC 26 modules

Two User Access Provided

With every created account, you will receive access for two users: one Admin user and one General User. The Admin user will have the privilege to create and maintain master data, while General Users will be able to enter and edit all transaction data.

Additional Users

Depending on your organization's needs, you have the option to purchase additional user access for an extra fee of ₹2,000 per user per year. Access can be tailored to specific modules, ensuring that users are unable to access data from other modules.

Step 3 - Measure Your Use Every Week

Your monthly usage can be viewed through your admin access, and you have the option to print a detailed usage statement along with a comparison to the previous billing cycle.

Step 4 - Receive Your Monthly/Quarterly Bills

At the conclusion of each billing period, your usage bills will be sent to your email, digitally signed and detailing the breakdown of services usage costs along with applicable taxes, including GST.

Additionally, you can view and print the bills using your assigned Admin access.

Your monthly bills are covered by the target spend amount available through OpExWorks.

Step 5 - Complete the Payment for Ongoing Services

Your monthly bills are covered by the available target spend amount with OpExWorks. To replenish this target spend amount, simply make the payment for the invoices issued.
